MooScience: the science of milk

About MooScience (MO2)

Chemical compound MOO = M(O)2 = MO2

At Mooscience we add the science into the moo!MooScience, the cow behind the moo

What chemical compounds are found in a cow's moo?

Some common components found in bovine breath are ketones, aromatic compounds, methylated alkanes, cycloalkanes, ether compounds, alcohols, benzene derivatives, amines, dienes, aldehydes, and acids. The names include: triethylamine, 1-methylethyl benzene, benzyl alcohol, cyclohexanone, acethophenone, 2-butyltetrahydro furan, benzothiazole, 2,2-dimethyl undecane, 2,4-hexadiene, naphtalene (Peled et al. 2012).

I also know from personal experience that you do not want to be too close to a cow that has just scarfed down some garlic.
